ABSTRACT

The project titled as optical shop management system project is developed in vb as front end and ms access as back end. The main aim of the project is to control the optical shop products, customers, doctors and optical sales details through this project. The administrator should login to the project through the login form. If the username and password are correct, it will open the next form. Otherwise it will show error message. The administrator can create new optical product details. The optical product contains the glass name, glass type, power and price are entered in this module. The optical details can be modified or deleted by the administrator. The administrator can create new customer details. The customer name, address, phone number and email are entered in this module. The customer details can be modified or deleted by the administrator. The administrator can create new doctor details. The doctor name, qualification, hospital name, and phone number are entered in this module. The doctor details can be modified or deleted by the administrator.The optical sales details are entered in this module. The customer id is selected and the customer details are displayed in this module. The product id is selected from the list and the product details are displayed in this module. The doctor details are selected from the list and the doctor details are displayed in the form. The sales id and date are automatically displayed and the sales details are saved in the module. The bill is generated automatically and it can be printed. This project generates the required reports to the administrator.
